Registration fee (Italian VAT 22% included)

*A valid Student ID card or a letter by the student's Supervisor is required and must be uploaded during the online registration process.

 All attendees must register by August 28, 2026. Registrations received after this date will incur an additional fee of € 50,00.

 The registration fee September 9 to 12 includes:

• Access to all conference sessions from September 9 to 12
• Congress kit
• Catering services during the conference (welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunches)
• Gala dinner on September 11
• Guided city tour in Bologna on the afternoon of September 12

The registration fee September 9 to 13 includes:
