Registration Instruction

Registration is open from 07/02/2024 09:00(HKT) to 09/06/2024 23:59(HKT) on a first-come-first-served basis.

After submitting the online registration form, an acknowledgement email will be sent you by the registration system.

Payment can be made by the following methods after online registration:
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay)
Please follow the instructions on the online registration form. Registrants can choose to pay immediately or later after registration. If you choose to pay later, please click on the registration link in the acknowledgement email and the tab box "Pay Online" on the right of the registration form to proceed payment.

Registrants are advised to choose to pay later and check their registration information in the link of the acknowledgement before proceed to payment.

Our payment system makes use of 3D Secure Authentication. When proceeding payment, please allow pop-up window in your browser and check your mobile device. The cardholder is prompted for an additional password or receives a one-time code on their mobile device. The transaction will take a while and please wait unit the transaction is successful before leaving the webpage.

After the payment is completed, an email of 'Payment received' will be sent to your registered email automatically.

Registration fee is non-refundable.

Standard/ Student Registration includes conference attendance, conference materials, lunches, and the conference dinner.
